• Your company is required to provide a demand letter and power of attorney; to initiate any recruitment consultancy procedures and you are required to pay a service fee of Rs 50,000
• We cover the airfare and hotel accommodations for clients during interview times in India, Nepal, and Indonesia.
• Within six months of a worker’s arrival, if any health issues arise, we will cover the cost of their return ticket.
• The company will cover all processing fees related to the Ministry of Labor, including work permit application fees and work permit fees.
• Your company is responsible for paying for two-way return air tickets for workers upon the termination of their contracts.
• The company is required to pay agency fees of Rs 10,000 for each Indian and Nepali worker.
• For Malagasy, African and Indonesian workers, the fee is Rs 25,000 each, which includes medical expenses and passport costs.
• Once we receive the demand letter, we can schedule a date for a six-day interview in India, Nepal, Madagascar, and Indonesia.
• After we return from the selection country, your company can initiate the application procedures.
• Once we begin any recruitment procedures for your company, if you decide to halt the process, your company will be responsible for reimbursing all expenses incurred.
• Following the interview, our guarantee is that the work permit will be obtained within approximately two months.

Employment Pro Consultant is duly registered in Mauritius. We offer to our customers fully integrated consultancy services and recruitment of the best and most qualified foreign workers.
Our service include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Completion of the necessary formalities to obtain labour importation quotas(permissions) from the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Relations, Employment, and Training.
• Identifying, testing, selecting, and recruiting the most suitable workers in accordance with the employer’s specifications.
• Responsible for all arrangements for an employer’s representative to conduct a recruitment trip in the overseas country for testing, interviewing, and selecting workers.
• Completion of all formalities for individual Health Clearance for foreign workers.
• Completion of formalities for the issue of Fire and Health Clearances and Lodging Accommodation Permit of expatriate dormitory.
